Well… here we are waiting, less than 24 hours away from Hurricane Irene. What was going to be a great weekend of outdoor, on-location photo shoots turned into a wet and wild weekend in. However, with this hurricane knocking on our doorstep we are all in a state of emergency… so we aren’t going to be the only ones to enjoy the weekend indoors!
I do feel bad personally as there were a lot of seniors that wanted to get their photography done and had to reschedule, but we’d all rather shoot on a beautiful day without rain than a day when mother nature’s put her foot down! In all seriousness, please, everyone, be careful, stay dry, stay safe. For great information and tips to keep your family prepared in emergencies (including now), follow Gone Green Expeditions and check out their site.
And here is a classic video for the people stuck in the rain!
